About Jason
An operator and CTO by experience. A coach by instinct.
I have served as CTO multiple times, built companies and products, led technical organizations, and worked across strategy, architecture, delivery, organizational design, and operational change.
My perspective on AI comes from applying it inside real organizations: helping teams build production use cases, changing how technical work gets done, advising executives on where to invest, and developing capability across technical and nontechnical groups.
I chose independent advisory work because it lets me focus on the problems where my experience can make the greatest difference. I am not looking to become permanent staff, a long-term operator, or an outsourced technology-support function. I step in where the decisions are consequential, help put the work in motion, and leave the organization stronger.
I measure the work by two things: whether the business is moving and whether the people responsible for it are more capable than when we began.
